What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site we collect what you type: usually your name, business, email, phone, website and your message. When you use the FrontDesk demo we read the public pages of the website you enter. When you talk to a demo by voice, the call audio is processed so the AI can answer. When you buy, our payment provider collects your card details. We never see or store your card number.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare what you asked for, set up a service you have bought, and send you invoices and receipts. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.
Who helps us
We use a small number of trusted services to run this site: Vercel (hosting), Resend (sending email), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (the AI that writes demo answers and briefs), VAPI (voice calls in the demo), and Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel (to understand which pages and ads work). Some of these services store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers with strong security and privacy practices.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics and advertising tools set cookies so we can count visits and see which ads bring people here. They do not tell us who you are. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time and the site will still work.
Keeping it safe
Your details are kept only as long as we need them to work with you, or as the law requires for business records. Access is limited to the people who need it.
Your rights
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, tell us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
